This is the final report of the Kaduna State House of Assembly Investigative panel which probed the administration of Nasir El-Rufai from 2015 to 2023.
The panel made scathing discoveries against the governor and some members of his cabinet, including contractors, concluding that the administration mismanaged some N423 billion,
The House also recommended that El-Rufai and some of his officers be further investigated by the Economic and Financial Crimes Commission (EFCC), with focus on prosecution.
