Newly inaugurated board of the Nigerian Christian Pilgrim Commission (NCPC) has joined wife of the President, Senator Oluremi Tinubu, in a prayer service at the State House Chapel, Aso Villa,

This was shortly after their formal inauguration by the Vice President, Senator Kashim Shettima.

Led by their Chairman, Rt. Rev. (Prof) Msg. Cletus Gotan, and Executive Secretary, Bishop Stephen Adegbite, the NCPC board members joined the First Lady to pray for peace, prosperity, and success in their tenure.

The First Lady welcomed the board members and thanked them for joining the service. She explained that the Chapel holds Bible studies twice a week and allows members to worship on Sundays in their various denominations. She acknowledged the support of committed pastors who help keep the Chapel going.

The NCPC Chairman thanked the First Lady for her unwavering support and prayed for the Lord’s guidance and wisdom for the board to excel in their duties. He also prayed for the health and well-being of Mr. President and the First Lady, as well as the success of their tenure.

In his sermon, the Executive Secretary referenced Psalm 121, emphasizing that Nigeria’s help comes from the Lord. He appreciated the First Lady’s dedication to intercessory prayers and prayed for her continued strength and good health, alongside Mr. President.

The NCPC board’s visit to the State House Chapel demonstrates their commitment to seeking divine guidance and blessings for their tenure and the nation.
