The Joint Admissions and Matriculation Board, JAMB, has released the results of the 2026 Unified Tertiary Matriculation Examination, UTME, mock test conducted on Saturday, March 28, 2026.

The Board, in a statement issued by its spokesperson, Dr. Fabian Benjamin, advised candidates to check their results by sending MOCKRESULT via SMS to 55019 or 66019, using the same phone number, SIM, used during registration.

According to JAMB, a total of 224,597 candidates registered for the mock examination, while 152,586 successfully participated. The exercise was held across 989 accredited Computer-Based Test, CBT, centres nationwide.

The Board disclosed that more than 20 CBT centres that encountered technical issues during the exercise have been delisted for failing to meet required operational standards.

JAMB also warned candidates against falling victim to fraudsters, particularly on WhatsApp and other social media platforms, who claim they can manipulate or upgrade examination scores. It stressed that such claims are false and constitute criminal activity.

The Board cautioned that any candidate found engaging in such malpractice risks immediate cancellation of registration, while results may be withheld or withdrawn if infractions are discovered after the examination.

Meanwhile, JAMB announced that the main UTME is scheduled to commence on Thursday, April 16, 2026.
