    TRCN Boss Vows To Improve Teachers Quality

    The newly appointed Registrar of the Teachers Registration Council of Nigeria (TRCN), Dr. Ronke Soyombo has stated that efforts are being made to elevate the quality of teaching in schools.

    The Registrar who assumed duties on Monday made the statement during a media interview in her Abuja office. 

    She emphasized that the Council will collaborate with relevant stakeholders to leverage technology-driven initiatives, establishing student-centred context that teachers can utilize to ensure improved learning outcomes.

    She said, “The renewed hope initiatives of  President Bola Ahmed Tinubu aim to deliver the best standard of education by harnessing the potential of tech-savvy teachers. TRCN will  focus on strategic use of relevant technology to improve learning outcomes. We will ensure that teachers receive the necessary training to effectively manage the classroom.”

    The Registrar pointed out that the 
    Council will ensure  the inclusion of all teachers to benefit from its activities

    According to her, the Council will partner with teacher trade unions and teachers service boards across various states to ensure effective management and enhanced condition of service for the teacher with the goal of  achieving quality service delivery
