There are indications that embattled Imo State governor, Sen. Rochas Okorocha, incumbent Cross River State Governor, Prof. Ben Ayade, and Pastor Tunde Bakare, are among 10 aspirants for the presidential ticket of the All Progressives Congress.
Also disqualified were former President of the Senate, Mr. Ken Nnamani, Ajayi Borofice, Uju Ken-Ohanenye, Nicholas Felix, former Speaker Dimeji Bankole, Ahmad Rufai Sani, and Ikeobasi Mokelu.
Approved by the Chief John Odigie-Oyegun Screening Committee to participate in the Primary election of the party slated for June 6 and June 7, 2022, in Abuja are Mr. Chukwuemeka Nwajiuba, Govs. Badaru Abubakar, Dave Umahi, Yahaya Bello and Kayode Fayemi.
Others are Mr. Ibikunle Amosun, Mr. Bola Tinubu, Mr. Rotimi Amaechi, Mr. Godswill Akpabio, Vice President Yemi Osinbajo, Dr. Ogbonnaya Onu, Jack-Rich Tein, and incumbent President of the Senate, Ahmad Lawan.
