    NECO Disowns Facebook Account

    Chidimma Uchegbu – Abuja

    The National Examinations Council (NECO), has disowned a Facebook Account opened in the name of the Registrar/Chief Executive, Prof. Dantani Ibrahim Wushishi.

    It said the account was fake and may have been created with the sole aim of defrauding unsuspecting members of the public.

    According to the statement issued and signed by the Ag. Director, Information and Public Relations, Azeez Sani stating that the Council wishes to draw the attention of the public to the existence of this fake Facebook Account in order to avoid being swindled by the fraudsters.

    Meanwhile, security agents have been informed to take appropriate action against the perpetrators of this fraudulent act.
